What is the PCMA?
We designed the Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Agreement (PCMA) to keep your systems running smoothly. It combines a rigorous annual "tune-up" with quarterly support hours to handle issues as they arise.
The Annual SPM Visit
Once a year, we send a technician to your facility for a full day to perform a comprehensive system check
- Verify & Calibrate: We verify operation and electronically calibrate equipment to industry standards
. - Clean & Maintain: We clean all AV devices and cooling fans, and lubricate moving parts
. - Update: We install factory hardware and software updates to ensure security and performance

Ongoing Support & Priority Response
- Quarterly Service Hours: Your plan includes a dedicated bank of service hours every quarter (5 to 40 hours depending on your system size)
. - Fast Response: PCMA customers receive a response time of 48 hours or less whenever possible
. - Loaner Equipment: If critical repairs take longer than five days, we provide loaner equipment at no cost (subject to availability)

FAQ
What equipment is covered? The agreement covers all existing AV equipment provided and installed by Brinoch. We can also inspect and cover owner-furnished equipment upon approval
What if I need emergency repairs? Unexpected requests are defined as "Calls"
Is travel included? Travel for the Annual SPM visit is included for sites within 120 miles of our service area. Travel costs apply for locations beyond this range
What isn't covered? Consumables (like batteries and projector lamps), manufacturer repair labor, and parts for repairs are invoiced separately
